Please note that all orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be dispatched on Monday and delivered the following day.

2. All orders are shipped within next business days of placement, unless otherwise specified.
3. We use a variety of carriers, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
4. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of your purchase, feel free to contact us at support@alsultansweets.co.uk with your order number so we can track the status of your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

2. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to request a replacement or a refund.
3. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
4. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
